Unlike other platforms, Apple often doesn’t advertise its security upgrades as part of its software updates. When you see an update hit your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you’ll see a list of fun new features, as well as bug fixes the updates provide. However, in order to learn what security vulnerabilities were patched with the update, you need to check Apple’s security website.
