Why Jewish Family Service Chose MERIT
We faced a dilemma based on tight budgets: do we want a person on-sight, or do we select an entire team of experts? We’re so grateful for MERIT because they are an extension of our team and help us use technology which allows our clients to enjoy their best lives.
JFS’ IT systems were developed in a previous era and didn’t keep up with emerging technology. MERIT not only implemented MS Teams and SharePoint for our case workers, they helped us create a simple but powerful library so we can quickly locate important data.
We have a team of nurturing workers who can feel intimidated by technology. MERIT helps teach us how to stay cyber safe, implement complex passwords and use Microsoft software so we can spend more time serving clients and less time worrying about our IT systems.
Our PCs were old, and they couldn’t handle the software we need to support our clients. This was a challenge we didn’t know how to solve. Thankfully, MERIT helped us by stretching our capital budget over almost two-years, so we got the right equipment and didn’t break the bank.
